This website, dramandajordan.com, is operated by Amanda Jordan, MD, founder of Limitless Longevity and Functional Medicine. This policy explains what information I collect through this website, how I use it, and the choices you have. I’ve written it to be readable, not buried in legal jargon.

What This Policy Covers

This policy applies to information collected through this website only. It does not cover your medical records or any health information you share with me as a patient. Patient health information is managed through the Ultralight patient portal and protected under HIPAA and applicable medical privacy laws, which provide stronger protections than this website policy.

Information You Provide Directly

Contact form. If you submit the contact form, I collect your first name, last name, email address, state of residence, and the message you write. I use this information to respond to your inquiry and determine whether my practice is a fit for your needs. The state of residence field helps me understand licensing considerations and is informational only.

Discovery call scheduling. Booking a discovery call happens through Calendly, a third-party scheduling service embedded on this site. When you book, Calendly collects your name, email address, and appointment details under its own privacy policy, available at calendly.com/privacy.

Newsletter. If you sign up for my newsletter, your subscription is managed by Substack under its own privacy policy, available at substack.com/privacy.

Information Collected Automatically

Like most websites, this site collects certain technical information automatically:

Log and security data. My hosting provider (WP Engine) and security software (Wordfence) log IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and access times. This data is used to keep the site secure, block malicious traffic, and maintain performance.

Analytics. This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site, such as which pages are visited, how long visitors stay, and what general geographic region traffic comes from. Contact form submissions are retained as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain a record of our correspondence. If you become a patient, information relevant to your care moves into the patient portal and is retained according to medical record requirements. You may request deletion of your contact form information at any time using the contact information below.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information I hold about you, request corrections, or request deletion. To make any of these requests, contact me using the information below and I’ll respond as required by applicable law.

Children’s Privacy

This website is not directed at children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this site.

I take reasonable measures to protect the information collected through this website, including secure hosting, security monitoring, and encrypted connections (HTTPS). No website can guarantee absolute security, but protecting your information is something I take seriously.
